The Maricopa Audit 2021-09-24 Presentation

During the panel discussion and presentation of the Maricopa County Election Audit, Dr. V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai cited the 'VERIFIED & APPROVED-MCTEC' stamp being 'under' the signature pointer (shown in the graphic below). Within online forums and news sites, these examples have swiftly - in my opinion, precipitately - become conclusive exemplars of fraud.

Notwithstanding my opinion of any issue - including the 2020 Presidential Election - I will always defer to integrity and actuality; even if I must abandon my expectations, concede my opinion.

My Assessment: as of this writing, no explanation has appeared online; still, the 'VERIFIED & APPROVED-MCTEC' stamps are neither counterfeit nor fraud; from my intuition, I suspect...

The assertion, that the 'VERIFIED & APPROVED-MCTEC' stamps appear 'under' the signature pointers, is simply not possible:

(1) if original ballots, perhaps the signature pointer has a glossed surface for visual emphasis, on which the stamped ink could not adhere; else

(2) if photocopies of the original ballots, the copier settings were configured to 'save ink/toner', which resulted in the partial loss of the black 'VERIFIED & APPROVED-MCTEC' stamp superimposed on a solid-black-printed signature pointer.

The second is my Occam's razor conclusion. - LNDL
